Top clinics for ankles

I need to see someone about my ankles. They aren't in really bad shape (no swelling, can walk normal, etc), but I know and can feel something isn't always right. I want to go to someone who knows what they are doing, not some dope who will go, "Nope, seems okay to me". I don't think the Alpha Clinic does ankles, but maybe someone can correct me. Barring that, does anyone know a good place to get them checked out?

I can tell you who my orthopedic doc was, when I sprained my ankle last month. Dr. Goette in the south of Munich. He realized I have somewhat flat feet. Much better with the orthodics he prescribed. I think he's not a bad doc if he fixed my snowboarding friend (broken ribs, shoulder, elbow, ouch) well enough the friend referred me.

My ankles suck too... I think the joints are just loose, they sometimes crack when I walk (usually doesn't hurt too much fortunately)

Drs Öhl, and Wittenberg (? can never remember his name!) in Arabella House are Orthopedics that I saw, I' ve been happy so far. Got inlays for my shoes, and some bandages to help me out.

I#ve also seen Dr. Stephan Wagner on Muhlbauerstr- he is a sport doctor, not an orthopedic, he's treated my wrists and my back, again very happy.

you need to be privately insured but this place i can highly recommend

Hmmm...I am with Dr. Becker and less than thrilled to be honest. I find him to be a bit uninterested and perhaps sometimes he appears a bit unsure. I remember when I still had my cast on and went for a check-up he was like 'So when are we taking this off again?' He is also the guy who cut up my legs when he sawed the cast off...assuring me that the saw 'could not possibly' cut skin. Well...he was very very wrong
