We recently used
Jung+O'Hara Jung for some property contract negotiations based on the links from this page:
Munich lawyers. They don't specialise in property law but they got the job done. She (the daughter) deals with English speaking cases.
Not knowing much about lawyers I can't really comment other than to say she sorted things out and gave the impression that she can be quite the pitbull when needs be.

I can recommend Joel Gruns. He is american, living in Germany/Munich and very agressive. He is always up to date, so I think he should be able to help you. His phone number is 089 159 30 160. He has helped me and also a few friends of mine and always got what we where hoping for. Email at: joel@gruns.de

Hi,
A big thank you to all of those sending recommendations.
This ordeal with our ex-landlord has been stressful. We've taken enough from him and it's time to fight back. We can't believe our ex-landlord called the Polizei and filed a complaint against us. Fortunately we have signed and witnessed documents that discredit all he is saying. (The guy is soooo stupid. He signed the documents too!). We just can't believe anyone can go to the Polizei, say what they want and you have to disprove the allegations. You're definately guilty until you can prove otherwise.
Thanks again everyone. All is greatly appreciated.

I had a very good experience with
Claudia O'Hara-Jung. She represented me in a very annoying landlord problem (I was being sued by my landlord). They eventually dropped the lawsuit and had to pay all lawyers fees. O'Hara-Jung was very helpful throughout and I would use again for sure.

A friend of mine is a lawyer in northern Germany and is looking for a lawyer for some kind of cooperation in Munich. The case is about a tennant - landlord situation - so I don't think the lawyer would have to be a specialist of any sort.
The lawyer does NOT have to speak English.
Please pm me about it, however I won't get back to you until tomorrow.
Thanks

Prymusala and Colleagues helped
Spudbury with his landlord situation and I know he was pleased with them. Ask him if you want more details.

I dealt with Frau Janecka when I have problems with my landlord. She specializes in lease/ contract agreements. She speaks fluent English, she is VERY nice, got answers/ did the job quickly, and much much cheaper than other lawyers that I found on this website. She was only going to charge me about 20% of my Kalt price of my rent to help talk and make a deal with my landlord. I very highly recommend her. She can be reached at: 0841-9313867 or fax: 0841-9313869

Does anyone know what the law is for evicting a tenant for non payment of rent? It's a long story as to "why," but I just wanted to throw that out there and if anyone knows the procedure in Germany. Thank you!

I'm also looking for a lawyer to help sort out a dispute from my Munich rental contract. I'm not a member of the tenant's union and have recently moved to France.
Have a quote from Prymusala and Colleagues for 250 euros for a consultation. Any other recommendations?
Is Joel Grun still praticising for example?
