Apartment rental contract templates

hi all,

i know you can buy standard rental contract template forms from the stationary section in places like Karstadt, but does anyone know if they can be downloaded from t'internet?

what i was looking for was an untermietvertrag and for anyones info a nice FREE one is available on:

Does anybody know where I can download a free contract to sublet a room of my flat? It's called Mietvertrag zur Untermiete in German and I know it is possible to get this in the internet but I don't know where and googling wasn't very succesful.

i found that as well but I need a contract to sublet "Untermiete".

Does anybody have a template for the "Subtenant Permission"?

In german it would be Untermietererlaubnis Muster.

I need this so that my house owner can provide one to my co-tenant who is subletting the apartment to me.

I do have a Untermietervertrag.

I however require a Untermietererlaubnis. This is a contract made between the house owner and the contract holding tenant.

Sorry I misunderstood you. Does the landlord want to demand a higher rent, if he is allowing a subtenant? If not, you dont want to give him ideas, by letting him read a formal permission form (where this might be mentioned).

Why not just a basic: "Hiermit erlaube ich Herrn/ Frau ... (the tenant) ein Untermietverhältnis mit Herrn/ Frau ... (subtenant) einzugehen."

Im still looking, but I think I dont have one on my PC and the ones on the Web do cost some money. Maybe someone else...
