Peyton Manning two intercepts before the first quarter is over. Contraversial whistle call during a great intercept by indy also.

At least my bench is scoring points, so if I get the selections right I should be able to win again...

This one was one for the records.

Oh JJ, you got a great bench...

Please be kind to the Lefties next week.
Go Mr. Morris! (a proud member of the Lefties and hopefully starting tonight!)

Report: Alexander OUT vs. 49ers
Shaun Alexander, RB SEA
News: According to a report, Seattle RB Shaun Alexander will not play Monday night against the 49ers. Alexander told ESPN on Sunday that he was too banged up and didn't expect to play. Alexander has dealt with a broken left wrist and sprained left ankle this season, but his twisted left knee is the injury that will keep him on the sideline.
Analysis: If the report is accurate, keep Alexander reserved in all Fantasy leagues Monday night. Make sure you check with us before setting your lineup. Maurice Morris will start for the Seahawks if Alexander can't go. Alexander has just 139 yards over his last four games. His total of 492 yards in eight games this season, the last seven of which he's played with a cast over his left wrist, is his lowest eight-game rushing total since 2000. His two touchdowns are 26 fewer than he had while leading Seattle into the Super Bowl two seasons ago.
Got a great game from Morris, but Hasselbeck played well.
The Lefties go down by .04 points. Should have played the Seahawks D!

Hats off to the Snakes.

I reckon Claydog is the one to watch out for this season. LT, Peterson are both brilliant and Carson Palmer consistently good. If these 3 stay fit for the remainder of the season, then Claydog is gonna be really tough to beat...

What the fuck is up with the Broncos? This is a classic case of crash and burn. So sad because I was counting a lot on their offense, and I really like Shanahan. In my mind he is one of the best coaches out there but he seems to faltering a bit as of late.

Quite honestly, they are just bad, although you could make the case that they are decimated by injuries to key personal and distracted by non football related events (last season's drive-by death of DB at a night club, off season freak death of backup RB, marijuana charges of Henry, Marshall's recent DUI after big game). I think Shanahan has lost control of the team... my first clue was when Portis was shown on the sidelines (back in 2003) during a game that they won wearing a heavyweight champion boxing belt, dancing around acting like the superstar that he "thinks" he is... at the time, the older wiser Broncos like Shannon Sharpe were laughing along and encouraging this type of behavior... The Broncos went 10-6 that year and got creamed by the Colts during the Wildcard game 41-10.
I attended the Packer OT loss in Denver last month and Favre just abused Dre Bly (who is way overhyped). Another thing I noticed is that they have 2 good defenses (one vs run, one vs pass) with different personell. There were many times that run stopper Sam Adams looked like he would not be able to get his fat a$$ off the field in time, when the pass defense was called after a run defense sequence. By the 3rd quarter, he was sucking oxygen and GB's backup RB was having a field day as was Favre. Cutler (who I am losing confidence in) fumbled a snap on the 2 yard line during the first half and almost blew a chance for a regulation tie by trying to run a busted pass call inside the 10 yard line wtih only seconds remaining...
Shanahan is a great coach and a great GM, but he is spread way to thin and cannot do an effective job of both (he holds both roles). Unfortunately, his ego is too large to realize this, which makes him unwilling to give up full control.
