Rosacea - Dermatologists and clinics

Could someone recommend a Dermatologist or Clinic specializing in the treatment of rosacea (the permanent flushing of the cheeks, giving a red "mask-like" appearance)? I've already tried the standard approach - minocycline and the topical creams (MetroGel and Finacea) with very limited success. There are new treatments in the US using IPS (intense pulsed light) that provide amazing results! I am hoping to find a local doctor who uses either the VascuLight, MultiLight, or EpiLight devices, since these seem to have the greatest success rate. Any help anyone could provide would be very welcome! My problem has gotten out of control in the last 6 months, and I need to find a solution, hopefully without having to fly back to NYC to do so.

have you tried the Uni Klinik for Dermatologie?

I'm not sure how they are with rosacea, but there's a thread full of Dermatologist recommendations.
