Hi All,
Yep terrible rumours are true - I am leaving for good on monday 6th, so I thought this saturday would provide a good opportunity to meet up with people and say farewell.
I was planning to go to a beergarden but the weather forecast says it's going to rain, so that's out.
Havn't quite worked out the alternative plan yet in typical style

but thought I would flag up the date if anyone wants to go for some drinks in the afternoon / evening.
more to follow...

Obviously I won't be in Munich mate, but if you're passing through London on your travels then let me know and I'll stand you a pint of warm gnats piss that passes for lager in Blighty. All the best though squire - Munich will be a poorer place without you in it.

Was going to go to the Gemini birthday bash but the weather is meant to be really good on Friday and kza recommended this beer garden. I am not sure who Brummie is

but if anyone sees me in the beer garden with 2 old(er) people (parents- not really that old! only 55 and quite well preserved) feel free to come and say hi - all the best to Brummie

Also plan on being there at 6pm, possibly earlier.
Have committed to go to the Gemini birthday bash at
Kilians, but maybe they can swing themselves over to MaxE's to see off Brummie instead? Or start off at MaxE's, then move to Kilian's (if I can still walk).

You can always go to the beer garden first and the bday party afterwards.

will do. It depends on if they (parents) want to or not - or how drunk and burnt they get in the beer garden

have booked for 20 people from 6pm under the name 'Ian'.
it wasn't anywhere near full at 5.30 today and the guy said it was probably unnecessary to book.
so should be fine
I'll try really, really, really hard to get there tomorrow, my friend. If I don't make it through, best of luck back in Brum as a ZZ Top-lovin' litigator, or whatever you end up doing!

I'm picking up someone from the airport at about 8, so I don't think we'll be able to make it until 9ish or so. I assume everyone will still be there then, and well into it...

ace beer garden!! mum and dad say thanks to everyone for being so nice

sorry if anyone got stuck with them... when they have had a few they (like me) tend to repeat themselves and talk non stop. Had an ace time - especially cos we went to the gemini party afterwards.. Can't remember how I got home. Had jägermeister...

thanks to everyone for coming! that was a great event for my last Toytown do! i had lots of fun and thanks for the presents - been flicking through the playboy today through my hangover.
my time here in munich would have been much lonelier, boring and less fun without Toytown and i probably would have left a long time ago. Instead, I've had two of the best years of my life so far here, met loads of wonderful people and had lots of new experiences. so, big thanks to everyone and i hope i can meet up with some of you again back in munich, the uk or somewhere else.
all the best,
Brummie
