Sunday brunch - 29.May.2005

Anyone want to go for Sunday brunch somewhere? Have a friend visiting, who is also coming to Andechs on Saturday, so a lovely Sunday brunch would be a nice way to round off the weekend. I have been to Zoozies on the Isar, which is nice. Hopefully if the weather is good, we can sit outside...

yeah, I'm thinking I'd better expand the reservation for all the people who decide tomorrow! But then the chances of them getting up on time after a day at Andechs are not so high...

unfortunately my guest doesen't want to go to brunch tomorrow so have to think of something else to do with her!! sorry, i thought she would like it but she wants to see more of the surrounding areas. SOrry! Hope you have a good time anyway!!

Take her to the Öberschließheim Schloß and then drop by here for the left-over BBQ that I have. All you can eat 5€! Seriously, the palace is wonderful and awesome and since about 8 people didn't show up, I have got a lot of BarBQ left over. The ones that did show up went home stuffed!

hmm, a classic example of where we should swap a few phone numbers when organising events... not many people have web access on Sunday to see that the organiser has dropped out!

We turned up an hour late to find poor newbie grenouille sitting alone looking confused, fighting to keep the table from an anxious waitress!

But good times were had by all, nice girly gathering with a fabulous brunch buffet for €15. I can thoroughly recommend Zoozies for brunch, they had everything from salmon, salads, fresh Birchlermüsli and fruit salad, roasted vegetables, Weißwurst, pasta, pancakes, muffins and even tiramisu. Yummy.

Sorry about that everyone, didn't know what else to do... Didn't think anyone would miss me since there were 10 people going - wouldn't have normally dropped out anyway, but my visitor wanted to go on a day trip. Would have called if I had had someones number.. Glad you all had a good time
