Rugby Union in Munich?

My boyfriend is really into his Rugby and has just moved to Munich. When we were in London, he used to play every weekend. Does anyone know of any group or team that is here in Munich where he could play? Please PM me with any info you might have...

There was/is also the Munich RFC which used to be sponsored by O'Reillys I think. Don't know what the story is now with them.

Hiya - yeah I was looking into rugby as well a few weeks back. Munich sounds like one of the better teams in Germany as it happens! The 1st team play at National Level, the 2nd team play in the Bavarian League and they also have a VETS team. My nearest club is Augsburg but they don't sound very serious!

The Munich club I understand has around 150 members, although many of those will be social only of course. Training starts again in Feb so he can put his feet up for now (or get down the gym), and as I remember they train twice a week which was Monday or Tuesday and then I think Friday evenings (which is bizarre).

Out of curiosity who did "hubby" play for in London?
