If you changed it to a real Texas Barbecue, then I would be up for it, but real and Tennessee together??? Everyone knows Texas is where the BBQ kings are...The Salt Lick and Rudy's. If you haven't eaten at these places, you can not yet judge BBQ...But sounds like a wonderful event!!!

If you're charging, obviously it's not a pot luck. Do you need help with food, organizing, events, or help drinking beer? On the serious side I would like to help, if all, even republicans, can come together and celebrate our great nation's birth.

Not sure if republicans should even be allowed in germany...

However, hopefully I can make this, sounds fun. I voted Sunday as it's the only day of the week I don't work!

republicans are always allowed in any counrty as tey are the ones who look out for the greater good , but I hope all are welcome as this is what makes USA so great.

All are of course welcome as this is a celebration of America and the BarBQ that the south is famous for. PM me and I will be glad to put your to work.
Peace on earth and good will towards all men, even Republicans.

I have to admit Rendezvous is excellent. I went there almost ten years ago, at least if this is the one in Memphis. Some of the best baby back ribs with a dry rub that I ever tasted. I must try the others...ok I will come and try the Tennesse BBQ if the ribs are like Rendezvous!!

Of course they're welcome. And you don't even have to recite a verbal loyalty oath to get in.

I am now looking for volunteers that want to help and join in on the fun.
Post here or PM if interested.
We could use a few more medical personnel. We have a First Responder (me) and a Doc, but we could use a nurse or any other first aid certified peeps.

It is going to be fun!

As a Brit, I find this holiday outdated, racist and highly offensive. Nah, this could be fun, I'll talk to the missus about it.

The tickets will be 12€ at the door and there will be lots of security so leave your WMD's and IED's at home.

Seriously, my wife was actually glad to hear that there would be security present at an American themed event celebrating Independence Day.

Up from 10 to 12€? I already thought 10 was a bit steep for meat and potatos. You'd think they'd include some beer with that. Nah, I'll go BBQ on the Isar. Have a good time, though!

I'm assuming it's Eurovol making the bbq, right? I'll pay for that, and so will my hubby. Two ten Euro portions please, make 'em generous!
