You're forgetting rule 12 Topsy. It's never too warm for boots, other items of clothing are, however, optional !

Due to continuing shitty weather I have made a reservation at Splotts (Sapralott AUGUSTINER Wirtshaus) in the Donnersbergerstr. for 1930.

Early doors at Ryan's Muddy Boot, Schlörstrasse, I'll be there for 1830 ish I guess.

As it is raining, please wear boots!
