**Cancelled** due to weather - Bob's Big ol' BBQ

Well my time has come to an end, so lets party! I have planned an event with Jurgen at his kiosk on the Isar (near the St. Emmeram wooden bridge). Heres the deal- For 20euros you get fed and all the beer, soda pop, and water you can drink. Jurgen provides tables, bench seats, cold beer, food, the plates forks and everything to make this a just show up and enjoy the day event. When the sun sets we are going to have a big ol' bonfire with smore's, yes I said smore's. I have checked the weather for Saturday my source says 18grad and partly sunny. So, what I need to know is how many people are interested. This is a Toytown event so the more the merrier. This is a FKK event , I'm just kidding but not really. Oh, and for the vegeterian's I will be making my grilled Eggplant and Pasta salad. We plan on kicking off the event about 3ish (1500hrsish) and going till it's over, 11ish.

Weather forecast for Saturday calls for a high of 22° and light showers in the PM. So no FKK, but perhaps some wet t-shirts and erect nipples?

I figure there's about an 87% chance I'll be there, with a 24% chance of getting lost on the way.

So the 87% chance you'll be there doesn't factor in the 24% chance of getting lost, right? Otherwise there'd be a 114% chance of you trying to be there, which just doesn't make sense.

For people who live on the U2 line: an easy way to get to St Emmeram is to go to Frankfurter Ring station and from there catch the no 50 bus in the direction of Johanneskirchen. It stops at St Emmeram on the way and the bus ride takes about 20 minutes.

Can't make it unfortunately...but hope it's a good day for everyone.

Damn! I was looking forward to the first real BBQ of the year. I don't believe it will rain anyway, but it's your party, Bob, and you can cancel if you want to.

why not have everyone meet up at MaxEm or Augustiner even (since Edelstoff is your favorite)? Can move inside if/when the weather goes crap. Love that keller at Augustiner. Just a thought.
