Getting an American Visa for a German
How?
Does anyone know anything about getting a German an American visa? My husband is German, we just moved back (to USA) from Munich, he has an H1 visa now. Thanks!
I am not sure I understand. I am assuming the visa is for your husband cuz you are American. But again you say, your husband already has a visa and you just moved back to the US. So who needs the visa?
Anyway, germans do not need a visa to US if visiting for less than 90 days. Anything over that, you need to go to the nearest US consulate and apply for visa.
