I have a fully furnished room available in a spacious, funky flat (90m²) in F'hain. It's available from now until the end of april. The friend I was supposed to be moving in with got a job offer back home, so I'm looking for a new flatmate. The room faces the backside of the flat, so it's nice and quiet. The room is about 15m² and we share a big living room. The rent comes to 365€/month and the deposit would be 365€ too.
