Democratic TURKEY DAY - Munich

Democrats Abroad Germany - Munich Chapter is pleased to announce our 2009 Thanksgiving Day Dinner. We invite you, your family and your friends to come celebrate the holiday and enjoy some delicious food! All are invited -– American, German, Democrat, Independent or Republican as this is not an official Democratic Party event. This year's dinner will take place Thursday, 26.Nov.2009 at 7:00 pm at Stemmerhof (Bio-Restaurant), Plinganserstr. 6 in Sendling (http://www.stemmerhof.de/anfahrt-muenchen.html)

We decided to do it this way in order to make it easy on those of us who have to work on Friday, as not everyone has the time to cook a full meal on Thursday, and we hope that having the basics (Turkey, Stuffing, Potatoes, etc.) taken care of by this organic restaurant increases turnout!

Cost will be 20 EUR per adult and 10 EUR per child / student. The Turkey and basic sides as well as the room costs, etc. will be covered by the costs.

To give it an even more traditional flair, we encourage everyone to bring their favorite Thanksgiving food to share, as well. Tableware and serviceware will be provided by the restaurant.

Advanced registration and payment is required. Please email muctday2009@googlemail.com with the number of people attending and any food you may be bringing. You will then receive bank details for payment. RSVP deadline is Nov. 12, Payment deadline is Nov. 19. Make your reservations early, as space is limited!
