Apartment for rent close to Harras - Munich

Hi,

I have an apartment for rent close to Harras. It is situated on the ground floor and has ca. 65 square metres. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, fitted kitchen and a small storage room with an additional toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor but has two elevated balconies - one adjoined to the main bedroom facing north and one adjoined to the living room facing south. Both face out onto gardens so it`s quiet - no streets. There is also an indoor swimming pool on the top floor of the apartment complex with changing rooms, showers etc. So you can look over the rooftops of Munich and on a clear day you can see the Alps!

It is 2 minutes walk to Harras underground station and therefore 10-15 mins train ride to the city centre.
It is also a 5 minute car drive to the Mittlerer Ring. Bank, supermarket, chemist and Italian take-away are all within a minutes walk.

Rent: 790 kalt or 950 warm.
There is no agency fee.
I am Irish so you will have an english-speaking landlord :-).

Hi, a lot of people have asked me if this apartment is furnished. Currently it is unfurnished, however if you need help with furniture I can supply two wardrobes, coffee table, tv, bed, washing machine, dryer, table with chairs, a small stereo system and a couple of other bits and pieces. You would just need to come and collect this at my house which is outside of Munich.
