Research Intern/ Analyst Intern

Our recent studies give insights into the booming smart phone application market. We provide an in-depth view on the iPhone, Android, Blackberry and other application markets. These studies will give practical guidance to corporates that are interested or active in these markets. We research our projects through desk research, surveys and in-depth interviews.

Your tasks:
- Web based research about the global smart phone and smart phone apps market
- Co-managing and tracking our empirical research projects
- Preparing, comparing and analyzing the data in collaboration with the research managers
- Present the collected data in our reports

Your skills:
- Research and analytical skills
- Ability to read, understand and interpret statistical data
- English writing skills
- Independent worker
- Former work experience or internship experience

Start date: asap
Duration: 1-3 months
Salary: 350€/month

Any you offer that piss poor pay....do one you so called "start ups"

Can I choose my own hours, or do I have to do all 35 when you require?

So basically, it's like this:

You missed the opportunity to earn 2.1875 Euros per hour. That's a generous 1.96 sterling bid for 60 minutes of your spiritual and physical existence. Thanks Herr Pohl. Have you tried outsourcing it to the 1972 India Forum?

If that is indeed the hourly wage, it would be a disgraceful one for any position, but even more so for the decent skill set they want. However, their website mentions "at least two days a week" which suggests that they aren't expecting you to work 40 hours a week, i.e., it's tailored to a student, which mitigates it a bit depending on the numbers of hours they expect you to work.

I'd guess 8-10 euros an hour would be more appropriate for a capable student.
