When are you looking to start renting? I am looking for a place starting the beginning of January.

The flat is available from the 12th November onwards so am hoping to get people in as soon as possible, should have mentioned that in the original post apologies for that.

One room has now been taken so there is one bedroom left available to rent. It has a double bed, is fully furnished and has balcony access.
