Against all odds, the apartment is again for rent... we had closed a deal, but the person has cancelled everything..

So, we are still interested in renting our appartement during the 2 last weeks of November. This is from the 12th until the 31st November.
Its a very cozy 60sqm, 2 room, separate kitchen and bathroom fully equiped appartement, located in front of the new Museum Brandhorst in Maxvorstadt.

We are looking for a non-smoker, pet free, young and tidy person, that would as well be responsable to water our plants in between!

Among others, you would be able to profit from:
- Bed
- Closet
- 2 sofas (with can be used as beds as well)
- Dinnig table + chairs
- Computer with DSL
- Clothes and dishes Washingmachine
- Fridge and freezer
- Microwave, electric stove and oven

- Central location close to Bus, Tram and U-Bahn
- Quiet area but close to the TUM and to bars (2 blocks away)
