Two mobile phones for sale - Munich

I am selling 2 of my old mobile phones as they are no longer needed:

Nokia N73: Good condition. A little bit of cosmetic wear from use. Comes boxed with unused earphones, computer cable, software, etc. Unfortunately, no charger but it uses a standard (thin) nokia charger connection. €50

LG Chocolate kg800 (about 3 years old): Very good condition. Fully boxed with all relevant software, cables, earphones, carry case etc (charger has a UK plug though). €30

Both phones are unlocked (can use any sim card in them) and can be seen fully working. Both are originally from the UK as well, so software and manuals are in english.

I wasnt going to air this out in public but...

The phones are in good working condition, nothing wrong with them other than a few marks from normal use over the years.

I held them for you after you sent messages saying you wanted to buy them both straight away with "cash ready", and if i could "please, please reserve them". When we met up today, you then said that you were actually buying them for someone else who you then needed to call and confirm that they were actually happy with buying them.

Despite being ill (and you knew that), I was happy enough to wait outside in the cold for you to get an answer and then to show you where the nearest bank was. You then had to "take your son to the toilet", asking me to wait. So after I made a couple of other phone calls, you had not appeared, so I then called you back. No answer, then an sms from you saying that your "friend" had decided the phones were too expensive. (this was over the course of about half an hour).

It would have been a common decency to have just said after looking at the phones that you didnt want to buy them. Funny that you started talking about how bad it is living here in Germany and how unfriendly people here are to you. With an attitude like yours, I am not surprised.

I wouldn't worry to much about outing this Arsehole (danielnestor2009) ,He did the same to me a couple of weeks ago,
Lets me stand around in the freezing cold ,then doesn't show up.
I would warn anybody against doing buisness with this TOSSER!

I shouldn't be replying to this, but I will...

1. You were being quite pushy about meeting up as soon as possible and asking where to meet up. I asked if you would be ok with meeting in the city. You responded by saying you were heading out the door straight away and would meet me in basically 30 mins. I didn't exactly force you to come out here...

2. You looked at the phones straight away. You asked the price again and I told you. If you didn't want to buy them then, you could have just said so and that would have been the end of it. You could also have offered a price that you felt was reasonable for them. For some reason, you felt the need to string it along for another half an hour, also asking if I had any other electronic goods for sale, if I could get you a copy of Windows 7 etc.

3. The phones ARE in good condition. The LG has barely a scratch on it. The Nokia has normal wear and tear as you would expect from normal use. They do also seem to be going on ebay for 60+ euros... Your examination of the phones went as far as me putting your sim card in and showing that it worked.

If you decided that you didn't want to buy them, that is up to you, but the way you conducted yourself was out of order.

I didn't mention who you were on this forum, but you felt the need to expose yourself.

@maskerade: I can only tell by reading what's been posted here, but just try to ignore it, this guy has been the biggest wanker ever and is trying to blame you for it.

@danielnestor2009: Get a grip dude, first of all, if you put in your profile that your native language is English, you're not very good at it... secondly, if you need to go to the other end of town to buy a second-hand phone, do your homework first and make sure that you know what you're going for.

Guys This Danielnestor2009 is the same guy who was selling bikes under another name. Also had BMW navi dvd on for a long time but when asked for details advised he was selling a burnt copy. I think this is his 3 or 4th account. So beware ....
