TynTec is a mobile messaging operator, offering powerful SMS functionality to mobile network
operators, enterprises, aggregators, ISPs and message resellers. Through partnerships with mobile
operators the company has unique, multiple points of access into the deep level (SS7) mobile telecoms
network, enabling it to offer a new level of quality in messaging services. TynTec works with a wide
range of mobile operators and major global businesses including O2, TMobile,
Accenture, British Airways and Google. We are looking for the following role:

Junior Operations Manager (m/f)

Main Accountabilities:
· Maintain daily contact with our service providers and with international Mobile
Network Operators.
· Cost analysis, Service Level Management, supplier qualification and development,
supplier performance management.
· Conduct supplier performance evaluations and KPI Reporting.
· Defining and solving problems and issues in a creative or innovative way, drive deescalation
of issues by negotiating solutions.
· Analyze revenue stream depending on supplier pricing and conditions.
· Participate in negotiations with key suppliers, including negotiations on cost, terms,
and conditions.
· Ability and willingness to learn to know technically complex products and services

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
· Do you have 2 to 3 years experience in a service related industry like
Telecommunications, Internet Service Provider, businesstobusiness
services or
similar environments?
· Do you have experiences in Contract or Service Management with specific work in
cost analysis or Service Level Management
· Do you like working in an operational environment, do you enjoy juggling many
tasks at once and do you like to negotiate?
· Are you analytical and well organized and do you solve problems in a structured
way?
· Are you an energetic, self motivated, entrepreneurial team player with excellent
interpersonal and communications skills?
· Do you have a broad knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications especially
with Excel?
· Are you fluent in English both written and verbal, an additional language is a plus?
