Anyone know where is the best place in München to buy Hob Knobs? Is there an English store?

Try looking for Hobnobs , not 'knobs' *giggles*
There's an English shop on Reichenbachstr called Pomeroy and Winterbottom, near Fraunhoferstr end. Try doing a search for all the relevant info, there's many pages on here about English shops and food etc.

Hobnob knock-offs are also available in almost any grocery store. They're called Hobbits. Not as good as the originals, but workable if you're desperate.
The supply at Pomeroy & Winterbottom can be sporadic, be warned. He seems to be out of the chocolate ones most of the time, with no idea of when he'll get new stock, unless I've just been unlucky.

I have definitely seen them in Pomeroy and Winterbottom recently.

Dunno about HobNobs (they stick to my teeth) but P&W have Drumstick lollies and I've been on a sugar high ever since.
