Centrally located in Kreuzberg directly adjacent to Görlitzer Bahnhof, the flat is close to cafes, clubs, public transportation. It has lots of light, east and west facing windows, wooden floors, a large bathroom with tub / shower and view. The third room is an extremely large living room / kitchen to share with a graduate student of art history. Refrigerator, washing machine, dishes, and heating are included; WLAN/Telephone and electricity are extra (approx 70 eu). 1st month's rent and 300 eu deposit should be paid upfront. Dates are negotiable. Single occupancy.
