Mother and Toddler Get-Together - Munich

Hello all,

I am a British Mum with an almost 15-month old toddler, who is new to Munich, specifically Haidhausen.
I would like to meet other English-Speaking Mums and babies/toddlers in the local area either for playdates, in a playgroup environment or wherever/whatever suits other people.
I have had a good look through the relevant posts, but decided to create a new one, because although there seem to be several groups getting together, I couldn't find an up-to-date post in the Haidhausen area.
I'll happily travel to meet up, but I was just wondering if there were any Mums locally, in the same boat, who might like to get together?

just to let you know that probably from today the Wednesday meet-up group will probably resume meeting at Hofbraukeller for the winter months. Check the posts to make sure later on if you are interested.

I am an American with a 16 month old in Schwabing. We are relatively new to the city and would love a playdate. Perhaps we can meet half-way (wherever that might be) or we will gladly come to your neck of the woods.

And it'd be lovely to meet up Tanya - I think halfway between us is probably around about the centre of town, which is fine by me, or we can meet wherever you like if there are any nice places that you know about?
I don't know if you knew about the group that gets together on Wednesdays that Islandmonkey mentioned, but perhaps if you are quite new to the area like me, it might be something you might like to check out too?
