I am looking for someone to rent my room out for the months of December and January. The room is fully furnished; dresser, desk, full bed, and two big boudoirs.

The apartment itself is located in Thalkirchen (Tierpark). It´s beautiful area right next to the river with the zoo, plenty of places to eat, a corner store just about a minutes walk from the apartment. You can walk to the U-Bahn (U-3) through the forest in about 10 mintues. There is also the number 52 bus just a minutes walk from the apartment. That bus will take you directly to Marienplatz.

We have a nice sized kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, deck, and washer and dryer.

There are 3 other people that live there. All native english speakers and super chill people.
