Room available for rent - Munich

G'day,

I am moving moving in with my girfriend in 4 weeks and am looking for someone to rent my old room.

360 per month. Electricity, water, internet etc is included in the price.

The room is large (20m 2) fully furnished with a TV. Kitchen is a nice size with everything there you need.

The apartment is about 500 m walk from Ubahn Innsbrucker Ring and there is a supermarket next to the Ubahn. Ten minute direct train ride to central Munich. Another guy lives in the other room. He's friendly and easy going and in his mid 20's.

Am looking for someone to move in Dec 1st however I coul move in with my girlfriend Nov 15 if I really needed to. As I work its difficult to answer my phone but feel free to text me if you have further questions(English or German).
