I´m looking for a Nachmieter for my apartment.

The apartment is in Berg am Laim, 2nd floor, very bright, ca 60 qm.

It has a big living room, kitchen (EBK), sleeping room, bathroom, winter garden, big keller and a garage.

It is right in front on the subway station Josephsburgstraße (U2) and Tram 19 is 3 walking minutes.

Rent: 630 kalt and ca 750 warm. No agency fee!

The apartment is available starting December 2009.

Furniture might be offered as well.
