We have made our spare room in our beautiful clean apartment, available for two months.
The apartment is situated in the quiet and beautiful area of Prenzlauer Berg, the most in demand area to live in at the moment in Berlin. The apartment is situated seconds from busy hub of Eberswalder Strasse square, and seconds from the central train stations of Schonhauser Alle and Eberswalder Strasse.
Not only that but you are seconds from the cosmopolitan and friendly area of Helmholplatz, not to mention the vast array of shops, restaurants surrounding the whole area.
You are 15 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz and Mitte. Basically everything you could ask for is with in reach from our flat. There is even a farmers market a few blocks from our flat every Saturday.

We are renting out our spare room which is 15 SQ M from November 15th until January 15th. For the first month you will be living with a very hospitable and friendly young couple in their twenties, then we will be both leaving to Australia, so you will have the apartment from December 23rd until January 15th all to yourself.

This is one of the best areas to live in through the Christmas and New Year periods, the area is scenic, picturesque,charming, lovely and close to everything.
