Hello there,

I recently switched to Mac and wanted to forward a port for Transmission, my p2p program. I had this set for my previous PC and thought I knew how to do it correctly but it still does not 'open.'

Under here: Netzwerk / NAT & Portregeln / Port-Weiterleitung / Regel Definition
I set to port 55555. It wouldn't save because nothing was under 'Gültig für PC'
so, under: Netzwerk / NAT & Portregeln / PCs übernehmen & freigeben
I entered a name for my PC and saved that so I could enter in the port
The port # now saved fine but when I check the port, it is still closed

Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? It is very frustrating. I set the firewall to 'aus' thinking that would help but it hasn't. Also, I have tried it with 'Automatically Map Port' both on and off through the Transmission preferences. I would dig through the net more thoroughly but my Deutsch isn't so good to solve this. Thanks for any help.
