Visa for Ethiopian father of German child?

Hi everyone.

I am married to a german wife and also has a child with german passport, but german authorities did not accepted our marriage papers therefore they did not write me on the child's birth certificate. I dont live in germany now i live in qatar but i want to travel to germany to declare i am the father of my child. how can I get visa and how easy is it for me? what do i need to do? thanks really appreciate your advice.

you can recognized the child from the German embassy in your home country

why didn't the mother put on the birth certificate that you were the father? if she is german, surely she must have known this? this post looks somewhat famliarl.

AbuAmina - you were given a lot of advice on the other thread. Did you contact all the authorities mentioned there? I suppose to get a visa you have to suppy the necessary documents which you say you cannot do - a birth certificate in your case, so I don't know how you would get around that.
