Anyone know of any cheap or affordable yoga or pilates classes in english? in berlin?
I already know about spirityoga - but their schedule offerings don't seem to work with me..
any further suggestions?

I joined Superfit on Wilmersdorfer str. when I first came to Berlin. It is a gym and costs 18.50 euro per month.
Aside from your usual cardio area, weight machines and free weights room, they have a wide selection of classes including yoga, pilates and bodybalance (a combination of yoga, tai chi and pilates to music).
I go to the evening classes and find the tutors to be both experienced and friendly. The "vibe" is very relaxed in the classes. For example, the studio is dimmed and this compliments the yoga philosophy of connecting with yourself.
My German is crap (I am learning) but know most of the asanas or can follow by watching others in the class or the tutor. I think Superfit has another location in Steglitz. Going to yoga regularly has been my answer to keeping sane and healthy plus it is affordable compared to everything else I considered.

Are there any good spin classes or outdoor bootcamp type workout groups in Berlin, preferably in English? I may be a little bit ADHD so I need to really keep moving during my workouts to stay interested so Yoga has always been hard for me. Maybe I will try to take more Yoga classes here and learn to like it as those seem to be the only english excercise groups I can find. Thanks for any advice you can offer.
I go to a wonderful Pilates class by Eduard Colomer, who teaches my group in English - classes include Free Movement as well, which is invigorating! 10 euros per 1 1/2 hour class.
