Same-sex partnership residency / work questions - Germany

Does a same-sex partnership residency permit allow me to only seek work outside Germany, or am I only allowed to work within the country?

Can I go to another EU country and work on a contractual basis through my company in Germany?

My partner lives in Hamburg but I work independently so work has been offered in Netherlands and France. I lecture and do mini workshops so do not need to be permenantly based elsewhere. After all my honey is in Germany.

You have to have EU or EEA citizenship to be able to take advantage of the open job market. A residence permit / work permit in one EU country allows you to only work in that country.
