Hello,
First off, I'm not trying to be funny or gross. I'm going to be in Stuttgart and heard that Schwaben Quellen was worth checking out. I really want to go but I'm afraid that I may get...aroused walking around nude. I swear I really don't want to but it's almost like nature and reflexes kick in. I really want to enjoy the spa but wonder if others will look at me awkwardly if I, at times, am bit excited, not fully excited. I assume others would have the same issue. Also, I've never really been to this type of spa before.

Take a long towel and keep it draped over your shoulder just enough to let the bulky end hang over your "area of worry" if it does indeed happen, but you'll be back to normal in no time. It's suprising how fast you get used to it. If people do notice just try your best to say, "Sorry. First time doing something like this!" and they'll understand. Especially with you being an American.
