My rugby club is over for a tour next weekend in Rimini. They want me to bring down a traditional 2 litre glass drinking boot 'cos they have busted theirs (as usual).
Akward as I will need to get to the shop during the day I guess, unless anyone knows a shop also with internet ordering?
Thanks.

Most Drinks retailers sell them...

curry night. .. shall I pick one up..?

@JE - Which rugby club is that??
Some friends of mine are off to Rimini sometime soon with the Old Actonians RFC.

Yes please Mr. G!!! Ideally perhaps 2 of them - ideally no logo, just plain glass and the larger size (2 litres) if possible.
@Turnip - Actonians are there THIS weekend - we are there next weekend! Old Hamptonians.

We have a simple but messy drinking game with the boot. Left handed only at the heel, drink but only with one mouth contact, pass to the left. If you finish the boot the guy BEFORE you must purchase the contents of a new boot.
This leaves you in a tricky position with say 1 litre left in the boot. Do I sip and pass, or do I try to neck it? Clearly if you fail to neck it then the next guy will have a simple job to finish.
You can refill with the drink of your choice. Normal choice is bitter/cider/blackcurrant (Purple Nastie - almost a snakebite), but can be stuff like Pimms Royale with Eggs (Pimms, Lemonade, Vodka, Creme Eggs).

Oh ebay, what a wonderful place. Full of quick shipping places and really helpful for a quick shop before the weekend - good idea ipj
Sorry JE, the only places I know are in the UK

Ah, missed the next weekend bit...
Edit: But, to be fair, he was looking for places to order off the internet. Buying off ebay is pretty equivalent, if you get an auction ending soon.

Johnny, a few of us chipped in to buy DrivinWest a boot (not the female variety) for his burfday last year. I think it was bought in town mate in one of the wee tourist shops on
Kaufingerstr. Sparty, Sander or Fusilli are probably the best people to tell you where exactly but they arent around these parts much now..

I found them in one of the touristy shops around Hofbrauhaus.

If you go for it don't forget to point the toe up or sideways or it'll glug on the home straight, you'll put the boot down as a reflex and end up not only having to pay for the next one but being drenched in the contents as well (I'm speaking from experience, although I did get my own back by topping the next round off with a squirt of piss).

Even with the toe up you still get a "surge" unless very very careful.
My guys tend to piss in the wine during the after dinner speakers. Its the temperature change that usually gives it away...along with them pissing themselves laughing.
