We are looking for a 2BR flat (or large 1BR) in Munich starting from mid/late December or early January. We are a couple in our late 20s.
We'd like a flat with a kitchen, either to be bought from the previous renter or included. We'd be willing to pay around 500 euros cold a month, take or give a little. We'll be arriving in Munich 17th December so we can inspect and/or meet then.

We have excellent rental references and always pay rent on time.
