Furnished 1-room Apt near Hauptbahnhof - Munich

Hi All,

I'm looking for a Nachmieter for my apartment, can be available as early as December 1st. It's 22 square meters, on the 3rd floor with an elevator (or 'lift' if you prefer), 5 min walk to the Hauptbahnhof (U1,2,4,5; all S-bahns), 5 min walk to Königsplatz, a 20/21 tram stop just down the street, just really easy to get anywhere in Munich.

The rent I'm paying now is 610 euros per month warm, which also includes free wireless internet. I also paid a 1000 euro deposit, which I imagine will apply to the next renter as well. Washers and dryers in the basement, indoor and outdoor places to park a bike, plenty of places nearby to eat/shop. The landlord is extremely friendly, and speaks great English.
