Furnished room from 1 December- 15 January - Munich

Hi all,
I am renting out a furnished 14qm room in my apartment from December 1st - January 15th.
Shared bathroom & kitchen.
I will be on holiday for 4 weeks in this timeframe, so you will have the apartment pretty much for yourself for most of the time.

Rent is 400 Euros/month or 600 Euros for 6 weeks.
If you would like to have the room for a shorter period, it is 150 Euros/week.
Deposit is 100 Euros.

The apartment is close to the S-Bahn station St.Martinstrasse (only one stop from Ostbahnhof)
