The brakes cables must be replaced, and lights function only partly, and some adjustments are needed for the gears (There are 5 of them).
It's still in functioning conditions, but just barely... on the bright side new tires.
Not in a brilliant shape, but they go for 30 Euro, which I guess is fair, chain included.
With a little work I think it can make a nice bike.
