Hi Toytown, I'm back! A friend came in and rented the room short term, and now I am looking once again for a roommate. Available from the 4th or so of November.

I have a flat in Bogenhausen, which is a very safe and beautiful part of the city. Its a really nice flat with its own street entrance (ground floor), a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and refridgerator; the bathroom is also extremely large for Munich, with a bathtub and washing machine as well. Its a ten minute walk from the Chinese Tower in the English Garden, and located directly at Herkomerplatz. Night trams run all night to Herkomerplatz, and there are also many buses from the stop. U4 Richard Strauss about a ten minute walk away.

The room that is available to rent is a walk-through room. This means that the kitchen connects through the room to my room. I had another girl living here for the past year, and it worked out well as she did not mind the lack of privacy too much. The room has a large window and radiator. Because of the lack of privacy, it feels more like living in a college dorm situation, so I am asking that potential roommates be friendly, open, and female, like me.

The rent, 350 a month, would include heating and electricity.

I am 22, originally from San Francisco, and have been living in Munich for over a year and a half now. I am very easy going, enjoy going out, having friends around, and except for the habit of forgetting to hang up my clothes am a tidy person.
