New Smoking Debate Forum?

Would it be possible to create a new Smoking Debate Forum and channel any threads to do with smoking bans and laws into it? I've finally gotten fed up with the whole topic. It would be nice to be able to just filter out all smoking threads so they don't appear for me any more.

Think of it like adding a particle filter to TT.

Naw.... not a complete ban, just make them go stand in the designated smoking debate corner somewhere. With proper filtration I won't even know they are still there.

It's a decent idea, except that a lot of the smoking legislation topics that get the smoking debates fired up come from The Local.
