I'm currently working at a European Organisation here in Munich and looking for my own place until Summer 2010. I've been sharing with friends but doesn't really work
- If you have a nice place and are studying / working away for e.g. half a year this could work out (fully furnished, ready to move in, good area...) then great, straight forward rent. I'm trying to stay to a budget of up to 900 euros a month
- If you have a bigger place and wanting to rent a spare room also fine, thinking 350 euros a month (I'm 31, working in IT, and travel back to the UK every couple of weeks)
- If you have a longer term place that is empty but a good size (2 or 3 bedrooms), so needs fully furnishing but is a good area, this could also work, as I kinda like Munich and can see hanging around even if the contract at my work ends
Near to the Centre would be nice, or somewhere with a little bit of hustle and bustle / u-bahn links, can commute to Central station easily etc.
