Bars showing the World Series - Munich

Does anyone know a good bar to catch the Baseball World series game this saturday night? Or is that just wishful thinking?

Well if not and you have a reliable internet connection at home you can pay and watch it via MLB. Although check the football munich threads and I do believe there is a sports bar in Munich that shows NFL football that also has ESPN america which should be showing it. I forgot the name but like I said check the football threads.

I found a free site that has been playing the games so far. Hoping they'll continue. Don't break it.

Just one question about this American Rounders. Why is it called the world series? It's only held in America?

It's called pisstaking old chap!

Because when the championship series was so named in 1903, no one else in the world gave a shit about baseball (except maybe the Japanese), so the winner was indeed the world champion. The name has obviously stuck.
