Milk warmer needed - Munich

Hi...I have just broekn my wee fellas milk warmer and need a quick and cheap replacement if anybody has one.

Can't you just use a pot of water on the hob? Surely it doesn't get any cheaper than that.

Yes, but an electric milk warmer is quicker. A couple of minutes can seem like hours when you've got a baby screaming for his/her feed.

Also safer. You don't really want to be fucking around with a pot of hot water in one hand while you're holding a screaming baby in the other arm.

Just put some hot water from the tap into a coffee mug and put the bottle in there. It only takes a couple minutes to warm up. I never bothered with a bottle warmer. It's a totally unnecessary gadget.

God forbid I ever had to wait for a warm bottle. I don't recall ever being burned while my mom was heating a bottle in the pot of hot water on the stove.
Modern parenting sucks. My wife just got back from a visit to see her grand baby. For Christ's sake, the baby had heated baby wipes.
