Parking place in the courtyard in option: 60 extra euros per month.

To be fair, that's only a 4 room apartment (kitchen and bathroom(s) are not counted). But the price seems pretty ok.

EUR1640 is the cold rent?

1640 euros is warm rent (1320 euros cold + 320 euros charges)
