I have a few questions about the ideea of opening a brothel:
1. is it complicated to open a brothel ...do you have to get a lot of papers and aprovals?
2. are this things alowed only in designated areas?
3. are the number of brothels limited by rule (lest say no more than 10 in a city) ?
4. what about renting? if the brothel functions do you need to get those aprovals again if you rent the business?
5. would this business be lucrative supposing you have the right employees and a good are for this business?
please don`t laugh when reading my post

Ask your local council, not a bunch of English-speaking ex-pats. I assume that the number of ex-pats on this forum managing a brothel tends very much towards zero.

It's a stupid idea. Grow up and open a strip club.

The very fact you have to ask shows that you don't know enough about this kind of business to be successful.
If you were asking questions about pricing, maybe special offers like 2 for the price of one, and whether 5 minutes is enough, or we we really need 10 minutes. Then you might be doing market research. But your questions are nonsensical for somebody serious

Of course any sane man knows that opening a brothel is easy. Just find some ho's ('hos' doesn't look right to me, even tho gramatically that's surely correct - where's Kay when you need her?) at another brothel. Offer them a payrise and get 'em round to your flat on alternate evenings and pop a card in the newsagent's window. One fully functioning brothel at your service. Granted, that's illegal, but fuck it.
However, you're probably a nerdy little virgin, so let's answer 'em one at a time:
1. is it complicated to open a brothel ...do you have to get a lot of papers and aprovals?
Obviously. Going FISHING in Germany is complicated and requires approvals and such like. Owning an establishment that's legally permitted to sell that most coveted of items - the badly packed taco - surely is regulated up its own ass. So yes. There will be forms and shit to fill in.
2. are this things alowed only in designated areas?
Unsur-fucking-prisingly I'd imagine that to be a yes. The local primary school or church probably do not want a load of skanky old crack-whores smoking marlboro lights outside their doors every afternoon. The fact you even had to ask that question says to me that you're probably not able to write well enough to fill in the forms described in point 1, above.
3. are the number of brothels limited by rule (lest say no more than 10 in a city) ?
You mean like notaries are? Something tells me that the legal profession and the profession of whore, are probably regulated differently. Remember, with one you are the fuckee, and with the other you are the fucker. Different concepts.
4. what about renting? if the brothel functions do you need to get those aprovals again if you rent the business?
Rent a business? Like, a franchise you mean? Are you proposing to sell off-the-shelf brothels? Like the Burger King of brothels?
5. would this business be lucrative supposing you have the right employees and a good are for this business?
Jesus.
