Tweed Jackets question

Hi everyone,
Please bear with me as this may sound a little strange....

I have an English friend who lives in Celle (has done for years now!) but he isn't connected to the Internet (gasp! horror!) so I'm asking this on his behalf....

***Does anyone know if/where he can buy a (Donegal) tweed jacket in Germany?

Try better men's clothiers/haberdashers in big cities such asSOER or Terner in Hannover (ring them first to inquire), or else companies serving the hunting crowd. (Search Donegal tweed Sakko online and you'll find suppliers' catalogs - probably less expensive than Soer or Terner but I don't know anybody who can buy a well-fitting jacket from a catalog.)
