Hello ladies,

We will be holding a 3-hour-self-defence seminar for Women on Sunday 6th of December in Munich Neuhausen.
The seminar starts at 15:00 and costs 40 Euro/person.

Krav Maga is known as a highly effective self-defence system that is easy to learn. No fancy kicks, no rituals, just pure self-defence techniques and a great work out! It is used worldwide by the Police, FBI, special SWAT teams and here in Germany by the Bundeswehr.

The seminar will cover all relevant topics ranging from prevention, de-escalation, defending against physical assaults as well as escape strategies. It will be held in German, but John Freeman, the instructor is english so he will be able to give instructions in english if needed.
