Alice: how can I get last call received number? - Germany

hello everybody,
i need some quick help, i'm desperate!
i received half an hour ago a very very important call on my landline. now i must call it back, but i haven't got the number, the address, neither the name. nothing.
i called alice helpline, but they only speak german and i'm not able to explain what i mean, i'm here from last week.
so, does anybody know a number i can dial to get the number of last call i received?

I'm not aware of a service like that. Have you checked the online interface (Alice Lounge) lists the last calls?

Get yourself a phone with a display and a couple of nice buttons so that you can see the incoming number and return the last call. There should be two buttons under the display - one with an arrow pointing up and one with an arrow pointing down (for outgoing and incoming calls). The phone won't cost much - wouldn't have bought it if it had cost a lot.

i haven't any alice account, since i'm in sublet here and the owner is many many kms away from berlin, too.
anyway, i finally reached someone (who could speak english: that's not easy) at alice call centre and he told me there's no way to get it. no way. mumble...
i asked you this because in italy (where i come from) some year ago there was a similar sevice: you just had to dial a special number and got the number, that's it. it costed shedloads of money but it was very helpful

i know: i've the kind of telephone you suggest yet, but i couldn't get the number the same! maybe the caller set it as invisible, i don't know. anyway, it's gone.

it was a good lesson: i won't give anymore my landline number, only mobile!
