Mortgage for non European citizen in Germany

Hello,

I live in Russia and I am planing to buy the property in Germany.
Probably somebody can advice me the source of information or aswer to my questions about possibility to get mortgage in Germany for non European citizen and requirement if it is possible.
All posts which I read here are quite old and the property market is quite different for this moment and all posts were about mortgages for Europeans or Americans.

And my questions:
1 - Is it possible fo get mortgage in Germany for Rusian citizen?
2 - The minimum value of property for getting mortgage? Is it possible to get mortgage for 20K Euro flat with 8k Euro downpayment?
3 - Where I can see rent and sell property price statistic information for different regions in Germany? Espesdially in NRW.
4 - Can I cover all bank regular payment (interest and capital repayment) by getting rent from the property?
5 - Can I find training or course about property market in Germany in English or Russian language?

I will be appresiated for any information related with any of my questions.

I doubt a bank would bother with financing a 12k euro mortgage- it's probably much to small.
