80's Night at Twisted Bavarian

Some great costumes on the night, especially yours Ben.

Apologies to those poeple who requested songs that we couldnt play due either not having it, not bringing it or not being able to find it. I've made a mental note of the songs people wanted and we'll make sure we have them next time. There are so many songs that we wanted to play but didnt end up using them.

I'd just like to second 3 Lions' comments. We ended up exceeding our expected turnout by at least 50% which turned out to be a great thing; The Twisted Bavarian was very full but not crowded. All in all perfect I think!

We were also surprised by the number of people who showed up in 80's garb. We had originally planned on giving out only a "best dressed" outfit but ended up giving out a top 3. We could have easily made it a top 5 or even 10 if we had enough prizes to give out!

Not a prob! As long as I know where they are all is cool. We can arrange a pick-up soon.

I forgot to thank the Twisted and the DJ's in my previous post...just wanted to say y'all did a great job! I also think the music was at a great level...you could still hear it for dancing or singing out loud hehe...but you could also hear people talk. That is sometimes hard to achieve so kudos to you.

I'd like to add my thanks to all those who helped put this on. It was definitely a good time!

3L I think you should just live in the 80s, make it your thing. Just about anyone can do James Bond, but you own that sweet, sweet, pimp stache. DJ Bubble G, I think my mom owned that suit. The shoulder pads look familiar. Oh and IPJ, and you other ladies with the crimpalicious hair. I literally could smell the burning hair when I looked at your pics. If you used aqua net to give it that oh so special undescribable 80s scent, respect ladies, respect.

PS: Butterbean tells me she's still wearing bobby socks with her pumps at the office today. Apparently it drives the accountants *wild*.
