We are seeking a full time administrative assistant to support our engineering office in Ottobrunn.
This position includes:
• Coordinating and managing travel arrangements and expenses
• General office administration
• Producing standard correspondence, editing and/or finalising letters
• Preparing and organizing employee documentation (timesheets, progress reports, contracts, etc).
• Scheduling meetings
• Maintaining various databases
• Preparing presentations
• Organizing trade fair visits
• Maintaining regular contact with clients
Required Skills:
• very good written and spoken German, fluent English
• must be flexible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• must be able to work independently, prioritize and exercise sound judgment
• good knowledge of MS Office
